M3 Playbook Design

Modernization and Migration Management (M3) Playbook Design

Supported the design, production, and public launch of the General Services Administration (GSA) M3 Playbook, enhancing content, templates, and processes to help agencies navigate large-scale modernizations. Developed with input from 100+ government and industry experts, the Playbook provides best practices, tools, and guidance, updated annually to drive government efficiency.

Shared Services Videos

Worked with the client and production team to write the scripts and design the storyboards for 6+ videos that teach audiences about the federal shared services ecosystem from business standards, to modernization guidance, to the organizing of Quality Services Management Offices (QSMOs).

M3 Orientation Materials

Designed and presented orientation session materials, including animated videos, navigational website tours, interactive feedback activities, and session surveys to 800+ customer agency and shared service providers.

Funding Playbook

Developed a funding strategy focused on long-term goals and priorities to drive continued progress across the shared services ecosystem. This playbook guidance is intended to provide a baseline understanding of the funding tools available to the QSMOs, and serve as a reference for agencies considering funding options during their shared services journey.

Optimizing Performance and Streamlining Processes

Optimizing Performance and Streamlining Processes ⋆

Developed activities, guidance, and tools inlcuding documentation templates and examples to help agencies plan for and navigate transitions. Within each activity, objectives, tasks, best practices, and lessons learned from prior migrations are outlined and linked.

Advancing the PMA through Shared Services

Designed the one-page placemat above to help agencies, policymakers, and industry stakeholders better understand the role that shared services can play leveraging and advancing the priorities of the President’s Management Agenda (PMA).

Performance Management Framework

Led the development of the language, icons, and graphic design for the federal Performance Management Framework, helping transform complex service delivery data into clear, actionable insights. Through intentional visual storytelling and streamlined messaging, I made the framework more accessible to federal stakeholders—supporting better decision-making and demonstrating the real-world impact of shared services across government. My work helped ensure that performance data not only informed strategy but also drove meaningful results.

Investment Planning Guidance

Designed the Investment Planning guidance and process flow maps to define the process, roles, and responsibilities related to reviewing an agency’s request for an investment of a new or modernized technology.
